i found myself reading an article questioning grad school... to-go-to-graduate-school-or-not?
it is very much an individual question and i gather this blog is written from more of an art administrators pov. (by far not my expertise) but i found the article engaging some of my own thoughts about grad school. it has not been easy. pretty damn challenging really, but i'm happy about that. one part that stuck out in this article was

"If you choose to go back to school, you’ll likely learn some very valuable lessons, build up a network of peers, and perhaps have other doors open to you that may not be there otherwise."

so true. in some respect, this sums it up simply. i am learning valuable lessons and learning more about myself and what interests me. who knows what doors may open, but the main thing here that i key in on... my network of peers. my friends. my new family. :) i'm a cheezy dork, i know, but to my fellow m.a.t.-ers and those m.a.a.-ers i have come to know, i love you guys. bear hugs! let's try to not fall out of touch over the summer. work hard, play harder! see you in the sun!!!!
